Friction

Setup your day so that completing the necessary tasks is as easy as possible. Integrate it into your life.  Remove any extra steps in-between starting to do the task and actually doing the task. Even eliminating the small things can make a big difference.

It’s easy to follow through on your goals and tasks when you’re feeling good, it’s on your off days when you’re not feeling it that these little frictions can stop you from doing what you need to.
